The cross country season is a program for boys and girls ages 6 to 18. In addition to local practices, we will compete in a series of cross country meets for youth and High School aged kids. This ranges from 1 to 3 miles depending on the age of athlete. We work to increase milage and race pace consisting of endurance training, strength work, and speed training.
Our goal is to maximize the athletic potential of each student-athlete by promoting physical development, fostering athletic skills, and preventing injuries while providing youth student-athletes competitive opportunities to remain active and tuned-up during the winter months.
Cross Country is held by 2 time Olympian, Tony Parrilla.
Practices will be held at various locations.
Fees: $125
This includes your AAU number, coaching, and insurance.
