The indoor program starts November through March and is combined with comprehensive strength and conditioning training sessions, and competitive opportunities for athletes to remain active and tuned-up during the winter months.
The outdoor program starts late May through early August. Athletes will participate in competitions and championships on the local, regional, and national levels.
