I would like to thank everyone for your interest in 26 Training Academy. Here at 26 TA, we strive to work with athletes in all areas of track and field, and any other sport that requires training and conditioning. As we begin preparation for the upcoming indoor track and field season, here are some details you will need going forward.
All practices will be held at Knoxville Catholic High School.
Our first practice is Monday December 2nd.
We will practice Monday, December 23rd then we will take the rest of week off. We will resume the following Monday. No practice on New Year's Day.
The schedule and practice site are subject to change based on several factors including weather, coaches work schedule, daylight savings time and holidays.
Communication: Please download the GroupMe app for notifications regarding any practice changes. See the bottom of this page for more app information.
Distance: Tuesday & Thursday 6-7:30 pm
Throws: Monday & Wednesday 6-7:15 pm
Sprints: Monday, Wednesday & Thursday 6:30-7:45 pm
Jumps: Tuesday & Thursday 6 pm (with sprint’s practice to follow)

The total cost for indoors is $300 per athlete. This price covers coaching, insurance, and an AAU number (which is good for outdoor season as well). This does not include entry fees since meets vary between individuals.
If you would like additional training outside of the group, the cost for individual sessions is $25 per athlete. Non-team member sessions are $50 per athlete. All will be by appointment only.
If you are a high school athlete, you need to contact your high school coach about your school’s indoor program as well. This will also affect your fees.
Note: Fees will be adjusted based on your start date. Based on when an athlete can start, the fees will be prorated per your start date.
Since indoor season is during the school year, it is very important that our primary focus will be the athletes’ grades. Athletes will not be allowed to participate if their grades are not up to par. I am very strict on this and only want the best for everyone.
You are not required to compete in any meets. Some meets do have entry limits so don't delay. It's much easier to take you out of a meet than enter late.
Due to Covid-19, we must take all of the necessary precautions to ensure the safety of the athletes, coaches and parents. These are times that we cannot take any chances so everyone must abide by the following:
-If anyone is feeling ill in any way, please communicate with me and let me know. Not everything is Covid related but we cannot take any chances.
-If an athlete or parent has had any contact with anyone who has contracted Covid, has had any type of exposure or is quarantined, then you will not be allowed to practice for up to 14 days or you are showing no symptoms.
-If anyone has taken a test, even as a precaution, then you are not allowed to practice until the results are confirmed.
Let’s all be smart about this.
